Julie's Story

Julie is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® professional with over 17 years of wealth management experience. Julie has an extensive background in financial planning, investment management, divorce planning, estate planning, risk management, and tax planning and compliance. 

Julie’s passion and expertise is in helping women achieve financial success, particularly women who are divorcing. A strong advocate of empowering women about money and a woman who has experienced divorce herself, Julie’s mission is to help women overcome the unique challenges they face to successfully achieve financial security.

Julie received both her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and her Master of Taxation degree from Arizona State University. She began her career with “Big Five” accounting firm Arthur Andersen and also gained professional experience with one of the Valley’s largest wealth management firms, serving high net worth families.

Originally from Denver, Julie has called the Valley home for more than twenty-five years.

Kim Morton, CFP®

Senior Wealth Advisor & Director of Client Services

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Kim enjoys helping families build a solid future. Kim has worked in the wealth management arena for over 13 years.  She graduated from Arizona State University in May 2005 with a B.S. in Business Finance, studying financial analysis and corporate finance as well as accounting.  

Kim enjoys activities with her family like camping, biking and going to the beach. She also has a passion for supporting her favorite charities like St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Feed My Starving Children. 

Lisa Humbert

Director of Operations

Lisa joined the Bridge Financial Strategies team in March of 2017 and has over 22 years of experience in the banking industry.  Her primary roles were in management, operations, and customer service. She also has experience as a Real Estate Appraiser.

Some of Lisa's favorite activities are hiking, riding motorcycles and enjoying her family.  Her favorite charities include Compassion International, Blood Water, and I-Empathize. 

Carma Hall

Client Service Coordinator

Carma has more than twelve years of client service and relationship building experience in several different industries. She prides herself in making each client feel valued and important.  Carma ensures the daily operations at Bridge Financial Strategies run smoothly.  She is also responsible for planning and coordinating our fun client appreciation events and she is a member of our marketing team.

Carma loves spending time with her family, reading, hiking and restoring furniture. She sponsors a child through Food for the Hungry and she also loves mentoring women at Cornerstone Church.

Kyle McCune

Advisor Support Associate

Kyle recently joined the team. After graduating from Creighton University with a B.S.B.A. in Financial Planning, he returned to the Valley to be with his family and long-term girlfriend. He chose to pursue a career in financial planning because he is passionate about helping others and enjoys problem-solving. Kyle plans to achieve the Certified Financial Planner designation in the near future and is excited to begin his career with Bridge Financial Strategies.

Kyle loves educating and learning from others. He enjoys listening to podcasts and reading about other successful individuals. In his free time, he likes to spend time outdoors with his friends and family. His favorite activities include hiking, running, snowboarding, and riding ATVs.

Brittany Randolph

Portfolio Associate

Brittany has worked in the customer service industry for over ten years. She joined Bridge Financial Strategies as part of our Operations team. Brittany is responsible for supporting our Director of Operations in the areas of compliance and portfolio accounting, and she is part of our marketing team.

She is dedicated to going above and beyond expectations in serving clients and making a difference on our team. Brittany is often recognized for creating memorable client experiences.

Although Brittany was born in Denver, she grew up in the Phoenix area. Her favorite things about Arizona are palm trees, warm weather, and the friendly people.
